In order to add funds to the eShop of your home Country, simply select “Country” from the top right-hand side and choose “Top up Balance.” Please be aware that adding eShop funds in a different region than where the Nintendo Account was originally registered will result in those funds becoming unredeemable. Funds added must be used within one year: Any unused balance will expire one year after being added.

If you click “User Information” on the account settings page, click “Linked Accounts” in the top section. Unlinking a NNID can be done by clicking the checkmark next to “Nintendo Network ID”.
