- And go to the tracking details page.
- Choose the Correct my Address.
- Button in drop-down menu on New Delivery Address section.

Generally, instances like this are caused by the address format being in a way that UPS software doesn’t understand. Things like: streets with North, South, East, or West stated differently than the official street name in the address label may confuse it. There might be a problem when the street is on another line of the address label.
Companies will be notified by the sender or their tracking system that a package was not delivered to the right address. Even if you do not tell them about this, they will still probably call your house or come to your door asking for you to hand over the shipment’s address.
